Signed by Chris · Presiding judge

This decision was delivered in a fictional Legal Arena proceeding. It is not a real court judgment or legal advice.

Farzana RahimiPlaintiff

v.

Hamid RahimiDefendant

Judgment

Was the Household Payment Actually Support?

1. The Court has heard the testimony, reviewed the transfer receipt, and noted the material admissions made by both parties. Findings 2. Hamid Rahimi admitted that he owed a pre-existing debt and did not specify the purpose of the April transfer. The Court finds that the transfer is allocated to his prior personal debt and does not satisfy his household support obligation. The April household support obligation therefore remains wholly unfulfilled. 3. The Court also notes the conduct of both parties during these proceedings. Farzana Rahimi entered the courtroom without her physical evidence. Hamid Rahimi repeatedly disrupted the proceedings with objections the Court considers baseless. Order 4. Hamid Rahimi shall pay Farzana Rahimi the outstanding April household maintenance balance of 8,000 AFN within 14 days. 5. Farzana Rahimi is fined 1,000 AFN, payable directly to the state treasury, for bringing her claim without her evidence prepared and for the resulting institutional incompetence. 6. Hamid Rahimi is fined 1,500 AFN, payable directly to the state treasury, for attempting to obscure his defaults and disrupting the judicial examination with disrespectful objections. 7. Failure by either party to settle these state penalties immediately will result in direct corporal confinement. 8. This matter is concluded.
