The Washer That Was Supposed to Be Ready
1. No refund shall be made.
2. The defendant shall inspect the washer at the plaintiff’s convenience. If the washer is found to have been faulty upon arrival, the defendant shall replace it at no additional cost to the defendant and deliver the replacement at a time agreed upon by the parties.
