Signed judgment

1. Having heard the claimant and the defendant, the Justice of the Peace of Bologna orders Mr Paolo Ferretti to pay €450 to the landlord of the property in which he resided until September. Mr Ferretti vacated the property without giving the six months’ notice required under Article 3 of Law No. 431 of 9 December 1998, “Regulations governing tenancies and the letting of properties used for residential purposes”, thereby leaving the entire sum to his former flatmate and separated wife, Mrs Elena Rinaldi. 2. Mr Ferretti is also ordered to pay the full costs of the proceedings.
