The Transfer Before Separation
1. Grant Mercer shall account for the remaining funds he withdrew. To the extent he cannot account for those funds, he shall restore them to the joint account until the division of expenses is concluded.
2. Elena Mercer shall receive a temporary allowance of $900 per month for a maximum of six months, pending her obtaining employment with suitable income as determined by the Court. If she obtains such employment before the six-month period ends, the payments shall cease.
