1. Graham shall retain the home and assume responsibility for the mortgage payments. He shall pay Elise $1,200 per month for three months. Elise shall vacate the home within three months.
2. The Court reaches this result because Elise did not establish that Graham could make the mortgage payments. Accordingly, she should not receive the home.
3. Any funds in joint bank accounts shall be divided 60% to Graham and 40% to Elise. This division is based on Elise’s statement that she did not earn much money; therefore, most of the funds would be Graham’s.
