1. Graham shall pay Elise $2,400 per month until a permanent agreement is reached.
2. Graham shall transfer $12,000 back into the joint account.
3. The balance of the joint account shall be divided between Elise and Graham, with Graham receiving $6,000 more than Elise to account for the housing down payment Elise received earlier.
