Signed judgment

1. Both parties appear to be living beyond their means and are each under financial strain. 2. In view of the child’s involvement, responsibility is to be divided between the plaintiff and the defendant. 3. The defendant shall be responsible for the plaintiff’s daughter’s school fees and shall pay the full amount of 46,500 towards those fees. 4. The defendant shall continue to bear 20% of the plaintiff’s rent. 5. This arrangement is made because Tara is in the plaintiff’s custody and the plaintiff is providing for Tara’s food, shelter, emotional support, and other day-to-day care. 6. The plaintiff is accordingly absolved of responsibility for the school fees. 7. The defendant’s obligation is limited to payment of Tara’s school fees and the stated share of rent.
