Signed judgment

1. The parties agree that they entered into a signed written contract setting out clear terms for the completion of their respective responsibilities. 2. The parties agree that completion of the website was conditional on the submission of all product materials to the Defendant on or before September 5, as provided in the contract. 3. The parties agree that Ms. Boucher did not deliver those materials until September 10. 4. Ms. Boucher has failed to establish a breach of contract. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed. Order 5. Judgment is entered for the Defendant, with costs.
