The Last Shared Rent Payment
1. Having heard both parties, the Court finds that they agreed to each contribute $600 toward the $1,200 rent. The money Owen previously sent was identified as payment for utilities and groceries. Owen did not fulfill his part of the agreement.
2. The Court therefore finds in favor of Lena. Owen shall pay Lena $600 toward the rent, not $200.
