1. Having heard both parties, I find in favor of the plaintiff. Findings 2. The defendant states that the money he sent was for his half of the rent. He also states that there is no evidence establishing that this was the purpose of the payment. 3. The parties had two agreements concerning two separate purchases. The rent was $1,200. The defendant paid $450 rather than $600 and described the payment as being for the “moving truck.” The plaintiff received no clarification from the defendant. Order 4. Grant Mercer shall pay Elena Mercer $650.
