The Dishwasher That Wouldn't Dry
1. Having heard both parties, I find that neither Harborline Appliance LLC nor Leah Mercer had adequate information about the product. They also did not discuss a refund when the dishwasher was sold and purchased. Both parties were at fault.
2. Harborline Appliance LLC shall provide a full service and repair of the dishwasher at no charge.
3. Leah Mercer is advised to discuss matters clearly when purchasing goods.
