The Bengaluru Separation Agreement
1. As the parties are separated, monthly maintenance of Rs. 5,000 shall be provided to Ananya Menon for a period of two years.
2. A fine of Rs. 20,000 shall be imposed on Ananya Menon for manipulating facts under the guise of assuming [incomplete].
3. Rohan Kulkarni shall not be compelled to pay maintenance of Rs. 5,000 in every month. Payment for any month shall depend entirely on his financial circumstances and whether he can afford that amount.
