Judgment
Does the Grocery Shop Count?
1. In the absence of a receipt or electronic record, the £150 said to have been spent is hearsay and is not evidence. Owen Pritchard must pay Hannah Pritchard at least £100. The remaining £50 will be awarded and paid by the court to ensure fairness.
Order
2. Owen Pritchard shall pay £100 to Hannah Pritchard. The court shall grant a further £50 to Hannah Pritchard, making a total of £150, so that the amount owed is paid.
